By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a membership or game credits, or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
If you are using our services on behalf of a minor or another person, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. About Game Hub
Game Hub is a family entertainment destination offering bowling, arcade and video games, virtual reality experiences, carnival games, pool, dashing cars, interactive games, refreshments, party areas, and related experiences.
Game Hub is operated by Shri Shakthi Group, the organisation behind Snow Kingdom and related leisure brands in India.

3. Eligibility
- You must comply with all age, height, weight, health, and safety requirements displayed at our centres or on our website for specific attractions.
- Certain games, VR experiences, or high-thrill attractions may not be suitable for young children, pregnant persons, or individuals with certain medical conditions. You are responsible for assessing suitability before participating.
- Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated at the centre.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation where we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, or the comfort of other guests.
4. Bookings and Reservations
4.1 Making a booking
Bookings for birthday parties, corporate events, party areas, or other reserved experiences may be made through our website, by phone, or at our centres, as made available.
When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including contact details, event date, number of guests, and any special requirements.
4.2 Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us (email, SMS, or booking reference) and, where applicable, payment has been received or a deposit has been accepted.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary by location, date, time, package, and availability. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price except in cases of obvious error.
4.4 Taxes and fees
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, service charges, or venue fees as displayed at the time of booking or payment.
4.5 Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the package or booking type purchased. Unless otherwise stated:
- Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability and advance notice requirements
- Cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of deposit or partial refund depending on notice period
- No-shows may not be eligible for refund or credit

4.6 Group size and changes
If your final group size differs materially from your booking, additional charges may apply or certain inclusions may be adjusted. Please notify us in advance where possible.
5. Payments
- Payments may be accepted via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, cash, or other methods made available at our centres or website.
- You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
- Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in cancellation of bookings or suspension of memberships.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or by another reasonable method, within a reasonable processing period.
6. Memberships, Premium Cards, and Game Credits
6.1 Premium Card and memberships
Game Hub may offer membership programmes, Premium Cards, prepaid game credits, or promotional packages with member-only benefits such as discounts, priority bookings, bonus credits, or VIP access.
6.2 Terms of use
Unless otherwise stated:
- Memberships and cards are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted
- Credits and benefits have an expiry date as specified at purchase
- Lost or stolen cards should be reported promptly; replacement may be subject to verification and fees
- Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law
- Misuse, fraud, or sharing of credentials may result in suspension or cancellation without refund
6.3 Changes to membership benefits
We may modify membership tiers, benefits, or pricing for future purchases. Existing benefits will be honoured for the applicable validity period unless otherwise required by law or stated in the membership terms.
7. Centre Rules and Guest Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests must:
- Follow instructions from Game Hub staff and posted safety signage
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing; some attractions may require socks, safety gear, or height restrictions
- Refrain from running, pushing, rough play, abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behaviour
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
- Not bring outside food or beverages unless permitted by centre policy
- Not damage equipment, property, or facilities
- Comply with photography and recording rules, including restrictions in certain areas
We reserve the right to remove any guest, suspend gameplay, or cancel services without refund for violation of centre rules or applicable law.
8. Assumption of Risk and Liability
8.1 Inherent risks
Participation in arcade games, bowling, VR experiences, dashing cars, carnival rides, and other attractions involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
8.2 Health and safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you and any minors in your care are physically fit to participate. Do not use attractions if you have a medical condition that may be aggravated by physical activity, motion, flashing lights, loud sounds, or enclosed spaces, unless you have obtained appropriate medical advice.
8.3 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Game Hub, Shri Shakthi Group, and their directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or visit to our centres shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted.
8.4 Personal belongings
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into our centres, except where required by applicable law.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services.
